Awakening is a re-emergence of something dormant. Who would have thought that by putting the bottom of the celery bunch in a water would cause the center of the plant to regrow! I was amazed and it continued to grow, that is until the day I forgot to water it.

Yes, I was amazed. It started growing out of the center within 24 hrs. I’ve also grown a pineapple plant from the top of the pineapple.
That’s amazing. I had never thought of that. Also adding the pineapple to the list!
My pineapple has been growing for two years now. I put it outside last summer for the first time and it really flourished. I’m going to replant it this year in a larger pot. I don’t know if it will ever grow a pineapple or not, supposedly takes about two years.
What an investment! I hope you get a pineapple

I’ve never seen them growing in the ground, so I don’t know how they look!
