I was in Columbus, Ohio for a seminar and decided to ditch the afternoon classes to see what there was to see in Columbus. I happened upon the Franklin Park Conservatory and much to my delight, inside a found a display of Dale Chihuly glass balls in an indoor Koi pond.
One of the most beautiful places in St. Louis is the Missouri Botannical Gardens in the heart of the city, consisting of 79 acres of the most beautiful greenery, flowers and sculptures imaginable. In 2006, the Garden hosted an exhibit of glass artist, Dale Chihuly, throughout the Park. These balls were floating in the Angels Reflecting Pool in front of the Climatron.
